So we reached Queenstown on the 11th of March! The hub of the south island! We stayed at a little campsite about 10km outside of the main town which was jam packed with travellers. Our view every night was a clear picture of the Milky Way, something I have never seen before, we also saw a satellite and a shooting star! We soon found a funky ice cream pal our called movenpick to hang out in, Gee also made me climb Queenstown Hill which felt similar to my nightmares where I am being forced to do unnecessary exercise - and it felt like this because there is a lift to the top... however, when we reached the top if was beautiful and worth the walk ( she says begrudgingly). We also broke our "vegetarian for a month" pact by going to Fergburger - a famous, must visit burger bar in the town. Admittedly, it was a great burger. The town was a really fun and busy place, we found our sanctuary however at Wilson's Bay, part of Wakatipu Lake which runs along the edge of Queenstown. The bay was beautiful and the perfect place to bathe and sit and have dinner.
Here are the photos from our time in Queenstown!

I have no idea what this is... but it seems important to add.
